An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or up until the time of processing, whichever is earlier. However, we do not accept cancellations for made-to-order products of all types.
“Repair or Replacement are easy with Indoors.

In the unlikely event that your ordered product(s) is damaged in transit or during installation, exhibits manufacturing defects or you’ve received the wrong order, we would be happy to initiate a you a replacement at the earliest possible. Due to the nature of our product which are mostly made to order we are unable to accept returns under any other condition.

How to request a repair or replacement?
Once all the conditions listed above are met, please reach out to your project manager for initiating a return. Or reach out to us at care@indoorsfurniture.com within 3 days of receipt.

What is the 72-hour inspection policy?
Expect no delays. Once you notify INDOORS for a return request, we will make sure that a executive visits your site to inspect the product. If applicable, your return will be initiated in just 72 hours.

When will I receive a replacement?
When a return is accepted, the timeline for the replacement to reach you may vary from product to product. Your INDOORS team will keep you informed at all times and we will make all efforts to make your new product reach you very soon.”

“TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL TERMS
1) The warranty only applies for products being used under normal conditions for its intended use. No claim shall be entertained for misuse of product or use beyond its intended use. Any warranty claim will be subject to assessment made by INDOORS and will be final and binding within reason.
2) A claim once placed will be assessed by a INDOORS executive to determine warranty coverage of the item purchased from INDOORS.
3) The original purchase receipt must be presented as proof of purchase.
4) Upon approval of warranty claim, the product will be repaired or replaced with the same or equally comparable product with a value not higher than the price of the original product purchased.
In the event that repair work has been done to a product without any authorisation from INDOORS, the product’s warranty coverage is automatically void.
5) Warranty terms and conditions are fixed, non-negotiable, non-transferable and only benefits the original purchasers of the product.

UPHOLESTERED PRODUCTS
1) Upholestered products include sofa, chairs, dining chairs, loungers and all other upholestered product only.
2) We offer a comprehensive 2 year warranty against all foam and cushion material.
3) We offer a 5 year warranty against our frames against 1 Years against any manufacturing defects for all in-house and customized manufactured products by Indoors or its partners.

We have got you covered. INDOORS offers 5-year warranty on all our upholestered frames and 2-year warranty on the foam and cushion materials against any manufacturing defects, from the date of delivery. There is no warranty on the fabric used. The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear or damage caused by rough handling or using the product beyond its intended use. Natural wood characteristics such as variations in grain, color, mineral streaks and knots are not considered as defects. Reading care instructions is strongly recommended to ensure longevity. Report any defects to INDOORS customer care, via phone or e-mail, within 10 days of the defect first coming into notice.

MODULAR FURNITURE – KITCHENS / TV UNITS / WALL UNITS / WARDROBES AND BEDS
1) We offer a 3 year warranty program for all bedroom funiture which is manufactured by us.

ALL OTHER PRODUCTS
1) We offer a 2 year warranty program for all other products manufactured by us.
2) Imported funriture comes with a 1 year warranty against any manufacturing defects only.

Warranty is not applicable for the following
1) To products that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products.
2) For typical wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents
3) If products have been placed outdoors or in a humid environment or if the products have been used for non-domestic purposes (unless otherwise stated) to consequential or incidental damages.
4) At INDOORS we aim to use only the best german or italian and indian brands. The hardware comes with a functional warranty for use under normal conditions for a period of 1 year only. We provide no warranty against rusting unless hinges opted for are of SS304 quality only. Warranty provided will be as per hardware supplier’s terms of use and conditions only. For more details of what we use please contact us via phone or email and we would be glad to furnish you with all the details.
5) No warranty against upholestry materials.”

The offer will be under force majeure clause – In event of circumstances beyond our control like natural calamity, strike, lockout, unrest or similar situation, we will not be held responsible or liable for any delay/non-performance.
All products will be delivered upto Two Floors in any tower. Service lift to be provided for taking material above 2nd floor. If not provided an additional labor charge of Rs.600 per laborer will be charged extra. Payment for the same to be made at the time of delivery.
“With INDOORS we gaurantee delivery of our products within Mumbai or its outskirts at our risk.

Beyond these location we recommend all our customer to check the following

A) We recommend to ship only full truck consignments to avoid any damage to material which is Door to Door only. Material shipped via transport companies are cheaper but may result in the product getting damaged as the same is loaded and off-loaded at multiple locations and sometimes by inexperianced personal.
B) We recommend that all orders in such circumstances have a transit insurance policy taken for all liabilities so that the same can be claimed if material does arrive damaged. INDOORS can also arrange for the same if required on the clients behalf.
C) Any transit form/ road permit of any other relevant document required for dispatch of goods is to be given 5 days before the dispatch. Any issues arising at the respective check post due to issues in the form will have to be settled by the customer directly.”
